Where listing data comes from

• Listings shown in our property search are provided under the NWMLS IDX program and are published by the listing brokerages that entered them.
• This marketing site does not host or republish MLS listing records; it links to the search platform where the licensed IDX display is served.
• Properties marked with the IDX logo on that platform are listed by brokerages other than Maggie Sun Real Estate Group; that data is provided by NWMLS.

Accuracy and timing

IDX data is refreshed on the schedule set by the MLS and may lag the live market. Status, price, square footage, lot size, taxes, school assignment, and HOA information are supplied by third parties and are not verified by us.

All information should be independently verified. Buyers should confirm material facts through inspection, title, the county assessor, the school district, and the HOA before relying on them.

Permitted use

IDX listing content is provided for consumers' personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than identifying prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing. Scraping, bulk downloading, or redistributing listing data is prohibited.
